Thought it was about time to give another update. This week Ty is in the thick of studying and taking midterms. So, that has taken up quite a bit of his time. He has still managed to fit in some evening time with me though - which I really appreciate. This year he has been really good at balancing school time and me time. :)
I have been pretty busy with work. This week and next week I am spending all of my time meeting with the student employees that I manage to do their end of the year evaluations. Although it has been hard being on campus doing one-on-one evaluations all day every day... one of my favorite things is meeting with the students. So, overall it has been a good week so far. I only have about 5 more weeks of work so there is a lot of projects that I have to finish up before then.
This weekend Ty is playing on the Blue Cup softball team for Duke. (Blue Cup is a series of games of different sports where Duke graduate students play UNC graduate students.) It will be a great time and I am looking forward to watching him play softball again! Go Duke!
One piece of exciting news is that we have a closing date for our house. Ty and I will be closing the first weekend in May! The timing couldn't be better.
One last thing of note.... I am officially in my third trimester. So, we are nearing the homestretch of this pregnancy and will get to meet the little one before we know it! I don't know why, but for some reason I didn't think about some of the things that would be difficult when my belly got bigger. Tying my shoes and picking stuff up off the floor are two tasks now that are very difficult :)

Dont worry before I came to Ukraine those things were difficult for me and I am not pregnant!
Looking forward to seeing you guys and Ty I wish you good luck as you finish this thing out. As a fellow husband and friend I am proud to hear that you have been balancing both work and family. A tough task for us all. Take care guys.
