Ty and I had a great weekend in Central IL. Our shower was held in Farmersville, IL with a theme of 'Baby Feet'! The decorations were precious... little feet on the cake and cookies. We loved getting to see all of the family and friends that attended and open some great gifts. We have some talented family and friends who made some homemade blankets! Then Dave and Brenda had everyone over to their house to hang out. We rarely get time just to hang out with family and that was a real treat! We will have to schedule time to do that more often. Special thank you to Margo, Shelly, Kathy and Suzanne for putting on such a great shower. Ty and I had a blast!
On our way home on Sunday (we flew to Nashville, drove to IL then drove back to Nashville and flew home) our flight that was supposed to get in at 11pm got delayed by 3 hours! So, Monday was an early morning for us :) We are recuperating though... and Trevor, our cat, was so happy to have us home. It will be much better when we live in Nashville again.
