Last week Ty traveled to Durham, NC to do some recruiting at Fuqua (Duke's Business School) for Nissan. He was only gone one night but instead of staying home while Ty was away, Asher and I took a road trip.
We went to see my Grandma and Grandpa Kelly (Asher's only set of Great Grandparents). It is about a 4 hour drive. Asher traveled pretty well but next time I think it would be best to have Ty along for the trip. We stayed at my Aunt Sherry and Uncle John's house and it was a great little get away. I am so glad that we got the chance to visit with my grandparents for a bit. My parents met us there as well. Asher loved all of the attention!

"He's such a good boy", "He smiled at me", "He's a good size", "He's so strong", "Amy was so sweet to bring him", are some of the things they keep telling me. Thanks so much, Sweetie, for making the trip. Next time, bring Ty and stay a little longer?
I am SO glad I finally found you; I have been trying to locate your blog for ages now! Asher is so cute and getting so big...it's amazing how quickly they grow. I can't believe he weighs as much as Caleb already. Glad you're all doing well. We miss you!
We loved having you all come to stay with us. Asher is so cute and adorable......just like his mommy.
