It's still raining in Franklin. I think we've gotten about 14 inches since yesterday morning. They just told us that the Franklin water treatment plant is flooded and so our water is contaminated. We have filled our bathtubs...hopefully with clean water.
Ty went out and filmed some video (despite the warnings on the news to not go out). Fortunately, he survived. Here is the video of flooding in and around Franklin.
