Ty went back to Tennessee last weekend to close on our house. On Friday, May 2nd... we were the proud owners of our new home! (I stayed home and my parents came to help me out on bed rest.)
Ty and his parents spent the entire weekend painting, ordering carpet, etc for the new house to get it ready for our move. They painted the nursery! I think Ty and his parents consistently stayed at the house until 1am and then were back at the house the next day by 8am... what troupers! I can't wait to see it. I will try to take a picture and post it on the blog once we are in TN. I know they were busy because even though Ty and Marilyn were at the house all weekend... not 1 picture was taken. They must have been busy :)
The plan as it stands now is that I am still going to try to attempt to move on Monday. My parents are going to gingerly drive me to Franklin and Ty will follow after the movers on Wed. I already have a doctor's apt set up for next week in TN. So, we are still taking things a day at a time... but hoping to get to move on Monday baring anything dramatic happening.
