Well, this is my first official post on our blog and I couldn't be prouder to use it to announce the birth of our perfect little 8 lb. 7 oz. (did I mention perfect) little boy, Asher Luke Webb. Asher was born yesterday, June 5th, 2008 at 1:31 PM and he and Amy are both doing well, although Amy has a new affinity for pain medication that I had not seen before. Can you blame her? She has been truly amazing, though. In fact, I awarded her the "Trooper Award" for yesterday, Asher's birthday. I think she earned it. Today is still up for grabs, though I took an early lead when I got sprayed with Asher's fire hose while changing his diaper. For more on our daily "Trooper Award", ask Amy sometime.
Anyway, visitors are welcome, though we didn't get much sleep last night and so we can't promise you a good time. But we can promise you a perfect little boy by the name of Asher Luke Webb.

Congratulations! What an incredibly fabulous baby picture. I have definitely never seen one so cute this early. I will be praying for an easy mommy transition.

Congratulations! I'm so happy and excited for you two (and the grandparents and extended family!). Asher is gorgeous, which is to be expected when he has such lookers for parents. Much love from both Efe and I to the newest addition to your family.
Yay!!!! Congratulations, we are so happy for you! Amy, I can't wait to talk to you and hear all about it. And little Asher is soooooo cute! You caught his first smile on camera!
